摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定抗乳腺小叶增生合剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:采用Diamond C18柱(250min×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(85:15)为流动相,波长270nm,柱温40℃。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在10-120μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.89%,RSD=1.17%。结论:本法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于抗乳腺小叶增生合剂的质量控制。
Objective :To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Kangruxian Xiaoyezengsheng Mixture.Methods:The sample was analyzed in the Diamond C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase of methanol-water (85:15), using ultraviolet detector at 270 nm and the column temperature of 40 ℃. Results:There was good linearity within the concentration range of 10-120 μg/mL for tanshinone Ⅱ A(r=0.999 9,n=6).The average recovery rate was 99.89%(RSD=1.17%). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Kangruxian Xiaoyezengsheng Mixture.
