喜炎平注射液治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of treating herps zoster with Xiyanping Injection

目的:观察喜炎平注射液治疗带着疱疹的疗效。方法:将96例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组。对照组48例,给予常规药物治疗;治疗组48例,在常规药物治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液。观察治疗期间两组患者临床症状及体征。结果:治疗组在临床症状、体征缓解方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平注射液能明显缓解带状疱疹患者的临床症状及体征,治疗带状疱疹疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of treating herps zoster with Xiyanping Injection.Methods：96 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group included 48 cases.The control group received conventional drug therapy ;the treatment group was treated with Xiyanping Injection on the base of using conventional drug.To observe the change of clinical symptoms and signs during treatment.The clinical symptoms and signs of treatment group were alleviated more than control group, the dif- ference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） ; the efficiency of treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xiyanping Injection can relieve symptoms and signs of patients with herpes zoster, and can treat this disease effectively.
