前列腺癌肿瘤标志物的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 前列腺癌(prostatic carcinoma,PCa)的诊治极大地得益于肿瘤标记物的发现和运用,近年研究较多的PCa肿瘤标志物有:α-甲酰基辅酶A消旋酶(Afpha-methlacryl-Coa racemase,AMACR,P504S)、前列腺特异性膜抗原(prostate-specific membrane,PSMA)、前列腺干细胞抗原(prostate stem cell antigen,PSCA)、DD3基因(PCA3)、人类腺体激肽释放酶-2(hK2)、前列腺特异性抗原(prostate-specific antigen,PSA)、uPA。应用于临床的只有PSA。分子肿瘤学领域中的革新和发现可能给我们提供更加灵敏和特异的可靠的PCa肿瘤标志物。
