Waldenstrom巨球蛋白血症1例并文献复习

1病例介绍
患者男，42岁，汉族。因“脾大、球蛋白增高2年余，面色苍白半年余，头晕、乏力3个月”入院。患者于2007年体检时发现脾肿大、白细胞及球蛋白稍高，2008年体检时除有脾肿大、白细胞及球蛋白升高外，还出现补体降低、IgM增高、血清蛋白电泳出现m带。
