摘要
针对某轿车前纵梁组件进行了冲压成型仿真,并将冲压成型引起的板料厚度改变和等效塑性应变映射到碰撞仿真模型中进行碰撞分析,讨论了碰撞模型网格尺寸对数据映射精度的影响。结果表明,冲压成型引起的厚度变化使碰撞模型吸能减少,而塑性应变则使其吸能增大,同时考虑厚度变化和塑性应变的碰撞模型吸能大于忽略成型历史的模型;从冲压成型结果向碰撞仿真模型映射数据的误差依赖于碰撞模型网格尺寸,尺寸越大映射过程产生的误差也越大。
Stamping simulation is made for a car front side rail assembly,and then the thickness thinning and effective plastic strain induced by stamping is mapped to the crashworthiness simulation model for analysis,and the effect of mesh size of the model on accuracy of data mapping is discussed.It is shown that the thickness thinness induced by stamping leads to less energy absorption of the crashworthiness model,whereas the plastic strain leads to more energy absorbed,meanwhile,energy absorbed by the crashworthiness model which considers both thickness variation and plastic strain is greater than the model which neglects stamping history.The error of data mapping from forming simulation results to crashworthiness simulation model depends on mesh size.The bigger the mesh size is,the bigger the error.
