摘要
HAZOP(危险及可操作性分析)是对装置的设计和操作进行危害识别的有效手段,但目前该方法在输油气站场的工艺危害分析方面的应用尚需进一步深入和规范。为此,在对HAZOP的原理和工作流程进行简要介绍的基础上,结合某输气站的具体实例,对HAZOP方法及其在输气站场危害识别及评价中的应用进行了分析和探讨,提出了增加安全设施、调整工艺流程等相关改进措施及建议。这些建议及要求能够促使操作人员对于单元中的工艺过程及设备有更加深入的了解,以增强职工安全防范意识,且HAZOP的分析结果为设备设施的日常生产与维护以及装置的安全管理也提供了参考。
The HAZOP(hazard and operability analysis) method is one of the most effective means for the hazard identification during the design and operation of facilities.However,further studies and more regulations are quite necessary for the application of HAZOP to the hidden hazard analysis of a gas transmission station.In view of this,based on a brief introduction of the principles and operating procedures of HAZOP,a case study was conducted on how the HAZOP method was applied to identify and evaluate the hidden hazards in a gas transmission station.Afterwards,the related improvement measures and proposals are thus presented,such as adding more safety measures,adjusting the process flow,and so on.With those proposals and requirements,operators should have a deeper and better understanding of flow process and equipments in each unit,thereby to further increase their safety awareness.The results of the HAZOP study will also provide references for the routine operation & maintenance and safety management of equipment and facilities at gas transmission stations.
