粉防己碱提高铜绿假单胞菌对氧氟沙星敏感性的体外试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究粉防己碱作为主动外排泵抑制剂提高铜绿假单胞菌对氧氟沙星的敏感性效果。方法采用M-H琼脂稀释法筛选临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌,同时测定铜绿假单胞菌在与不同浓度的粉防己碱作用不同时间对氧氟沙星的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)变化。结果 100、50、25、12.5、6.25μg/ml等5个不同浓度的粉防己碱在与耐药铜绿假单胞菌作用60、180min后,不同菌株原来对氧氟沙星的MIC值可以降低23~27倍。结论可以考虑将主动外排泵抑制剂粉防己碱作为一种治疗耐药铜绿假单胞菌辅助药物,增强铜绿假单胞菌对氧氟沙星的敏感性,从而提高抗菌药物疗效。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of tetrandrine(Tet) on active efflux pump in ofloxacin resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains and explore its mechanism.METHODS Agar dilution test was used to determine the change of minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC),before and after interaction with different concentration of tetrandrine in different time 60min and 180 min.RESULTS After interacting with different concentration of Tet(100,50,25,12.5,6.25 μg/ml)on different time on ofloxacin resistance P.aeruginos,the MIC of ofloxacin was 23 to 27 times lower than the original MIC.CONCLUSION Tet can be considered as a assistant drug in the treatment of P.aeruginos infection,and can enhance the effect of the antibacterial agents through this medicine.
