高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染与宫颈癌组织中吲哚胺2,3-二氧酶表达水平的相关性研究

Study on correlation between high-risk human papilloma virus infection and expression level of indoleamine 2,3-dioxane enzyme in cervical cancer tissues

摘要 目的了解高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌组织中吲哚胺2,3-二氧酶(IDO)表达水平的相关性,及其在观察宫颈癌治疗效果中的应用价值。方法选择2008年1月-2010年12月医院就诊的107例宫颈癌女性患者,对照分析不同组织类型宫颈癌高危型HPV感染率、IDO表达阳性率及高危型HPV感染情况与IDO表达的关系。结果鳞癌患者高危型HPV检出阳性率为97.9%,腺癌患者为90.9%,腺鳞癌患者为100.0%,三者比较,差异无统计学意义;鳞癌患者IDO表达阳性率为94.7%,腺癌患者为81.8%,腺鳞癌患者为100.0%,三者比较,差异无统计学意义;104例高危型HPV阳性者中,IDO表达阳性者100例,阳性率96.2%;3例高危型HPV阴性者中,无IDO表达阳性,高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌组织中IDO表达呈正相关性(χ2=44.09,P=0.0017)。结论高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌组织中IDO表达水平呈正相关性,可将IDO表达水平作为观察宫颈癌治疗效果的指标。 OBJECTIVE To understand correlation between high-risk HPV infection and expression level of indoleamine 2,3-dioxane enzyme in cervical cancer tissues,and its application value effect for cervical cancer treatment.METHODS From Jan 2008 to Dec 2010,a total of 107 cases of female patients with cervical cancer were selected.The tissue types of cervical cancer infected with HPV high-risk pattern,IDO expression and high-risk pattern with HPV infection IDO expression.Results Different tissue type cervical cancer HPV infection high-risk pattern were comparatively analyzed according to situation controls without statistically.Different organization type cervical cancer cervical cancer IDO expression control showed difference that was statistically significant.RESULTS Totally 104 patients were with high-risk HPV-positive persons,IDO expression in 100 patients positive(96.2%),IDO expression was negative in 4 cases(3.8%);3 cases of high risk HPV negative,none positive for IDO expression,IDO expression was negative in 3 cases(100.0%).High-risk HPV infection and the expression of IDO were shown,(χ2=44.09,P=0.0017),with significant differences.CONCLUSION High-risk HPV infection has a positive correlation with expression level of IDO in cervical tissues,which can be observed IDO expression level as indicators of cervical cancer treatment effect.
