麻醉方式与手术感染的相关因素分析

Analysis of the risk correlative factors of infections in operating room caused by anesthetic technique

目的降低手术室感染发生率,了解麻醉方式中不同因素对手术室感染发生的影响。方法选择2010年1-12月医院手术室接受手术治疗的3000例患者,所有患者术前通过计算机X线成像(CR)拍摄X线片证实无肺部感染;对照分析全麻组中各因素所致手术感染率及不同麻醉方式所致手术感染率。结果全麻实验组与对照组各因素所致手术感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全麻组患者感染发生率为3.7%,其他麻醉组患者感染发生率为0.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增加麻醉设备的消毒频率,使用一次性气体过滤器、面罩、呼吸回路及喉镜片,可显著降低麻醉引起的手术感染率。

OBJECTIVE To understand the impact of various factors during anesthetic process on the infections in operating room,to reduce the incidence of infections.METHODS A total of 3000 cases of patients were treated in our department of operating room between Jan 2010 and Dec 2010.No lung infection of was founcl and all patients by X-ray.The infection rates caused by various factors between general anesthesia group and other anesthetic ways were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS The difference of the infection rates caused by different factors between general anesthesia group and control group was statistically significant,（P〈0.05）;The ratio of infections of anesthesia group was 3.7%,and the ratio of infections of other group was 0.3%.The difference of infection rates was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION To increase the disinfection frequency of anesthesia equipment,and use disposable filter,face masks and laryngoscope condoms can significantly reduce the infection rate caused by anesthesia in operating room.
