鲁沃夫专用腔镜酶洗剂在腹腔镜清洗中的研究

Study on application of Ruhof dedicated mirror enzyme detergent in cleaning of laparoscopes

目的观察鲁沃夫专用腹腔镜酶洗剂在腹腔镜清洗中的研究应用。方法将使用后的腹腔镜及附件500个随机分成两组,分别用腹腔镜专用酶洗剂(试验组)和普通多酶洗剂(对照组)进行清洗,用鲁沃夫润滑剂进行保养,观察腹腔镜及附件的清洗效果。结果鲁沃夫专用酶洗剂清洗后腹腔镜及附件,经过目测、放大镜、白纱布擦拭合格率分别为100.0%、96.8%、97.6%;血渍清洗效果试验组、对照组阳性率分别为9.6%、15.6%,表面清洁光亮无残留的血液、脂肪及视污残痕,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲁沃夫腔镜酶洗剂,能有效清洗,对腹腔镜无损害,延长使用寿命,降低维修成本,使用率提高,减少医源性交叉感染的发生,确保医疗安全。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of dedicated mirror enzyme detergent of Ruhof and the rapid multi-enzyme detergent of Dian Er-kang on laparoscopic clean.METHODS A total of 500 pieces of laparoscopes which have being used were selected and divided them into two groups at random in accordance with the provisions of the Endoscopic Cleaning and Disinfection Technology Practices requirements of Ministy of Health,laparoscopes dedicated enzyme detergent were used to clean the test group and the rapid multi-enzyme detergent of Dian Er-kang was used to clean the control group,then the cleaning effect was observed.RESULTS By visual inspection,magnifying glass and white gauze wiped,the pass rates of using dedicated mirror enzyme detergent of Ruhof were 100.0%,96.8%and 97.6%,the positive rate of blood stains on the cleaning test group and control group were 9.6% and 15.6%.The surface of laparoscopic were clean and bright,and there were no residual blood,fat and visual pollution scars.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The dedicated mirror enzyme detergent of Ruhof can effective clean,no damage to the laparoscopic and prolong life,reduce maintenance costs,improve utilization and reduce the incidence of nosocomial cross-infection to ensure the medical safety.
