医源性感染控制工作在社区医疗卫生服务中的推进

Advancement of medical source infection control work in community health service

目的探索新时期社区医疗卫生服务中医源性感染的预防与控制。方法 2008年10月起,对社区医疗卫生服务中存在的医源性感染问题进行调查,提出推进措施并进行实施。结果医护人员在社区医疗卫生服务中,存在诸多不规范的行为;通过培训、督导、考核等措施后,患者的医源性感染率从5.81%下降至2.30%;患者的满意度由90.04%上升至99.62%。结论在社区医疗卫生服务中规范预防与控制措施,对降低其医源性感染有显著的作用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the prevention and the control of the medical source infection in community health service in the new time.METHODS Some remedial measures were taken to deal with the problems discovered in the investigation on the medical source infection in community health service since Oct,2008.RESULTS The medical care personnel in the community health service,had many irregularities behaviors.After taking some measures,for example,training,direction,inspection and so on,patient＇s medical source infection percentage dropped from 5.81% to 2.30%,and the satisfaction of the patients increased from 90.04% to 99.62%.CONCLUSION To standardize a series of the preventions and the control measure in the community health service has the remarkable effect on reducing the medical source infection.
