摘要
目的:优选芪葵颗粒提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷、金丝桃苷及二苯乙烯苷含量为指标,采用正交试验优选芪葵颗粒提取工艺。结果:优选的工艺条件为加10倍量水提取3次,每次60 min。结论:优选的工艺可行,适合工业化生产。
Objective：To optimize extraction process of Qikui granules.Method：Orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction process of Qikui granules.The content of astragalosideⅣ,hyperoside,and stilbene glycoside were as indexes.Result：The optimum extraction process was as follows：extracted with 10times amount of water,extracted three times,60 minutes per time.Conclusion：The optimized extraction process is feasible and suitable for industrial production.
