Determination of Dehydroeffusol in Juncus effusus by HPLC

目的:建立灯心草中去氢厄弗酚含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent HC-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(65∶35),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长270 nm,柱温23℃。结果:去氢厄弗酚线性范围为0.017 4～0.870 4μg,与峰面积线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD 0.61%。结论:所建立的方法分离效果好、操作简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于灯心草中去氢厄弗酚的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a method of determined the content of dehydroeffusol in Juncus effusus.Method： The content of dehydroeffusol was determined by HPLC.The separation employed Agilent HC-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） in 23 ℃,using methanol-water（65∶35）as mobile phase at flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection at 270 nm.Result： The method of validation parameters indicate a linear range of between 0.017 4-0.870 4 μg.The recovery was 98.3%（RSD 0.61%）.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It is adoptable for quantitative analysis of dehydroeffusol in J.effusus.
