摘要
钢管输电塔受到风荷载的作用,需对塔中K节点U形插板连接结构的疲劳性能进行试验研究,文章通过对塔中K节点模型的试验,研究了该节点的疲劳性能。试件在静载和循环荷载作用下的应变曲线表明,在试验过程中,荷载和应变大致成线性关系且连接处未发生应力重分布,其疲劳强度满足设计要求。钢管塔中的K节点在风荷载作用下能够保证结构安全。
The electric transmission steel tubular tower stands the wind load, so it is necessary to conduct the experimental study to confirm the fatigue performance of the U-shape flapper connection of the K-joints of the tower. Based on the experiment on the K-joints model, the fatigue performance of the joints is studied in this paper. The strain curves of the sample under the dead load and cyclic load show that the load is in an approxi- rnately linear relation with the strain, and the attachment point does not have stress redistribution in the experiment. The fatigue strength meets the design requirements. The K-joints of the steel tubular tower can as- sure the structural security under the wind load function.
