摘要
阐述了国内外智能检测装备的研究成果和最新进展。首先,介绍了8种国内检测装置和4种国外智能检测装置的基本结构、特点和应用场合。然后,按载物台与摄像头的相对运动方式说明了4类检测方式。最后,创新提出并设计了平面三自由度、空间三自由度、空间五自由度、空间六自由度4种新型的并联运动光学检测载物台,分别介绍了其结构组成、工作原理及特点。
l his paper elaborated the research achievements and the latest progress ot intelligent optical inspection equipment at home and abroad. First,8 equipment in China and 4 ones outside were introduced about their basic structure, characteristics and application occasions. Second, the detection mode was classified according to their relative motion between the platform and the camera. Finally,4 platforms were designed based on parallel mechanism, including 3-DOF plane mode, 3-DOF space mode, 5-DOF space mode and 6-DOF space mode,and the design idea and characteristics were described. The study lays foundations for development of new type of intelligent optical inspection equipment
