基于分时电价的多年调节水库年末消落水位研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对梯级水库中多年调节水库年末消落水位优选问题,结合分时电价下梯级水库中长期发电优化调度的特点,建立了分时电价下多年调节水库年末消落水位优选模型,并应用协同进化遗传算法对模型进行了求解。乌江梯级水库实例计算结果表明,该模型与求解方法可靠、合理,为分时电价下梯级水库发电优化调度提供了理论计算依据。 Aiming at the optimization problem of year-end water level of long period storage reservoir in cascade reservoirs, the optimal model based time-of-use pricing is established by considering long-term optimal generation scheduling characteristics of cascade reservoirs. And then the model is solved with co-evolution differential evolution algorithm. Finally, the reliability and rationality of the model is verified by taking Wujiang cascade reservoirs for an example. Therefore, it provides theoretical calculation basis for optimal generation scheduling of cascade reservoirs under condition of time-of-use pricing.
