论工程技术伦理中敬畏自然的理念培植——基于中国古代道家的研究视阈

On the Cultivation of Awe to Nature in Engineering Ethics——Based on the Research of Taoism in Ancient China

面对因工程技术失误带来的灾难,有必要强调工程技术人员敬畏之心的培植。道家"道法自然"命题中敬畏自然的立场可以为这一敬畏心的培植提供思想史的启迪。道家以法自然为核心价值理念所主张的天人合一、人我合一和身心合一之道可以为现代工程技术伦理提供如下三条敬畏原则:自然地对待自然、自然地对待他人、自然地对待自我。这些敬畏原则如果能够被有效地内植为工程活动主体的敬畏心,那么工程技术质量的提升就有了来自德性和操守层面的保障。

Confronted with the catastrophe caused by the fault of engineering technology,it is necessary to stress the cultivation of awe to nature for those engineers and technicians.The standpoint of awing nature in the proposition of ＂the way models itself on nature＂ by Taoism can provide historical inspiration of thought in the course of cultivation.The core value of Taoism is to follow nature,which holds that man is an integral part of nature,that others and I are in one,and that mind and body are in one.Such values provide three principles of owe for modern engineering ethics—treat nature,man,and self naturally.If these principles can be effectively inter-planted as awe minds for engineering subjects,the elevation of engineering quality can possess the guarantee of virtue and personal integrity.
