摘要
小浪底反调节电站压油装置是向水轮机组的控制系统提供压力油的能源设备,亦是机组控制系统的重要组成部分,其运行的可靠稳定性直接影响整个机组的安全运行。通过分析小浪底反调节电站压油装置结构和工作原理,比较事故油罐运用现状的利弊,查找运行过程中存在的安全隐患与潜在的危险因素,逐一分析对机械结构进行改造和控制回路优化方案,提出了合理优化改造意见,进而对相关设备进行优化改造,以提高机组调速器的运行可靠性,确保机组安全稳定运行。
The oil pressure device of Xiaolangdi Dam counter regulation hydropower station is energy equipment for providing pressure oil to water turbine control system and it is also important component of control system, which reliable operation stability affects the safe operation of generator. According to analysis of oil pressure device structure and working principle of Xiaolangdi counter regulation power station and comparison of advantages and disadvantages of accident oil tank application, the safe hidden trouble and potential risk factors in period of operation is found out. By analyzing the modified mechanical structure and control loop optimization program, it puts forward reasonable improved suggestions. Finally, the related equipments are renovated to improve the operation reliability of turbine governor, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the generators.
