西霞院反调节电站黑启动方案分析

摘要 以西霞院反调节电站为例,根据黑启动过程中电压转换次数尽量少、路径长度尽可能短的原则,从设计和实际运行两方面分别探讨了利用柴油发电机和直流系统黑启动两种方案。结果表明,选择自启动条件较好的机组开机升压带厂用电方案可实现黑启动,但还需系统试验论证。 Taking Xixiayuan counter regulation hydropower station for an example, according to voltage conversion frequency as little as possible and the path length as short as possible for black starting process, black starting schemes with diesel engine generators and DC systems are discussed from the aspects of design and practical operation. The results show that the choice of generators with good self-starting conditions can achieve the black starting by using boosted voltage and station service power consumption schemes, but it needs to he verified with system test.
