针对营销信息化程度不断提高、电力企业面临现有营销系统运维管理的问题,顺应营销系统发展集中化要求,理清不同主体之间的关系,从队伍建设、安全运维、应急管理、业务流程、建设技术支持平台等方面,建立科学、高效的运维管理体系,为营销信息化建设提供更加安全、可靠的运行保障。
With the marketing information level increasing enhancement, the electric power enterprise faces with issues of existing marketing system operation and maintenance management. Under requirements of centralization development of marketing system, it straightens out the relationship among different subjects. And then, scientific and efficient operation and maintenance management system is established from the aspects of team construction, safety operation and maintenance, emergency management, business process and construction technology support platform. Therefore, it provides safety and reliability for guaranteeing marketing information construction.
