摘要
以铁路货车中应用较多的起伏成形类零件底门板为例,利用Dynaform软件对零件成形过程进行了模拟分析,并以模拟结果指导模具设计,在模具实际生产中通过调整零件的凸筋高度,优化了零件结构,解决了零件断裂和缩颈问题,满足了生产需要。
A bottom door plate in railway wagon shaped by undulate forming was studied in which Dynaform software was applied to carry out simulation analysis on the forming process of the part and then a die was designed based on the simulation results. Through regulating the height of part rib, the structure was optimized and the fracture and necking problem was solved.
