摘要
针对连接件的结构及成型工艺特点,设计了1副带有延时抽芯机构的压铸模,模具利用延时抽芯机构实现了铸件的侧向抽芯动作,保证了铸件质量。实践证明,模具工作可靠,操作方便,成型出的铸件质量良好。
A die-casting die was designed for a connecting piece based on its structure and process characteristics. The time delay core-pulling mechanism was applied to the side core-puUing of the castings.
