摘要
为了掌握胶原蛋白基合成鞣剂的应用功能特点,将SYNTAN CCL分别在铬复鞣、丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂复鞣或栲胶填充工艺中进行应用研究,结果表明:胶原蛋白基合成鞣剂能促进铬的吸收,显著降低废液中的铬含量;能促进铬的均匀分布,减轻革的松面现象,减小部位差;能明显降低丙烯酸树脂复鞣革的塑感,且提高染料的吸收率;能促进栲胶的渗透与吸收,降低废液排放量。
In order to investigate the performances of a collagen based syntan,SYNTAN CCL was added in the retanning/filling process when chrome tanning agent,acrylic syntan or vegetable tannin was used respectively.The results indicated that collagen based syntan had ability to improve the chrome absorption ability of the treated leather and then the chrome content in the waste water decreased greatly;improve the homogeneous distribution of chrome in the treated leather and then made the whole leather more uniform;reduce clearly plastic-feel of the leather retanned with acrylic syntan and increase the absorption ratio of dyestuffs;improve penetrability of vegetable tannin to leather and adsorption by leather.
