北京市家庭生活用能消费的基本格局与政策取向

The Basis Pattern of Beijing's Residential Energy and its Policy Implication

摘要 近年来,北京市生活用能增长较快,消费结构呈现清洁化趋势,但城乡差距明显,消费波动较大,不同收入家庭之间的用能消费不均衡现象严重。在这种情况下,如何制定合理的政策,解决用能消费不均衡等问题,是北京市的经济建设能否可持续发展的一个关键因素。 With the coming of post-industrial era in Beijing,the share of the residential energy consumption is growing.The traditional definition of residential energy does not include the household transportion energy use,which obviously cannot reflect energy consumption trend of the residential sector of Beijing.In recent years,Beijing's residential energy has increased rapidly,and there is significant urban-rural gap in residential energy.The share of electricity and gasoline is increasing.With more fluctuations in residential energy,energy consumption gap among different income household is big.Residential energy consumption patterns should be paid more attention,since the energy consumption gap surpasses the income disparity,and form new social problems already.
