摘要
在光伏系统中,电流传感器、运算放大器等器件的工作电压不尽相同。因此,以意法半导体公司的UC3845B电流型控制芯片为核心,采用MOSFET IRFR18N15D为功率器件,设计一种高效的单端反激式、双闭环电流控制、4路隔离输出辅助电源系统,用来为电流传感器、运算放大器等器件提供工作电源。
In photovoltaic system, current sensors, operational amplifiers and other components have different working voltages. An efficient single-end auxiliary power system with four isolated outputs based on double closed-loops control was designed by using current type controller UC3845B, which could supply working voltage for current sensors, operational amplifiers and so on.
