摘要
介绍了一种用于自来水厂的粉末活性炭投加系统。该系统采用负压上料,可以有效减少拆包、上料时的污染;同时取消了常见的料仓,节省了设备的高度。炭粉通过上料系统直接进入配液池,配液池采用密闭设计,可以减少粉尘污染;在平面布局上,采用分区布置理念,将储炭、上料区和配液投加区分开布置,能进一步限制粉尘污染的范围。在南海第二水厂的应用结果表明,该系统粉尘污染小、上料快、空间省、使用方便,特别适用于空间高度受限的旧水厂。
A dosing system of powdered activated carbon (PAC) used in water treatment plants is introduced. Using negative pressure feeding, the system can reduce pollution caused by dust diffusion. The silo is canceled, so the height of the system can be decreased. PAC is added to liquid preparation tank by negative pressure feeding. The liquid preparation tank is a closed tank, so the dust pollution is reduced further. The storage area of PAC, the feeding area and the adding area are arranged respectively, which can limit the dust pollution range. The system is used in the Second Water Treatment Plant of Nanhai. The results show that the system has advantages of less dust pollution, fast feeding, small space and convenient use. It is especially suitable for old water treatment plants with limited ceiling height.
