在梳理已有研究成果基础上,结合我国实际,构建一套系统完整的主客观相结合的我国政府公共服务质量指标评价体系,依据专家调查法和统计方法对该指标体系进行筛选,最终确定包含37项指标的评价体系。本评价指标体系符合我国政府公共服务质量评价研究的发展趋势,可以为我国政府公共服务质量评价理论探究和实践提供一定的参考和借鉴。

On the basis of the existing research, the paper tries to construct a complete evaluation system of the government＇s public service quality, which involves 37 indicators of evaluation system on the basis of expert investigation method and the screening on the index system with statistical method, combined objectivity with subjectivity, according to our country＇s actual. The evaluation index system meets the development trend of the quality evaluation research of our government public service and brings the reference to the theory research and practice of the government＇ s public service quality.
