摘要
随着《经济、社会及文化权利国际公约》的签署、图书馆立法的日益迫切以及21世纪新图书馆运动的掀起,业界对图书馆自由、公共图书馆精神、读者权利的研究高潮迭起,却忽视了对读者义务的研究。文章从法理的角度对图书馆读者义务从遵纪守法、关爱尊重、合理使用、文明利用等维度进行了论述。
Based on the legal perspective,this paper discusses the obligations of library readers from the aspects of observing law,care and respect,fair use and etc.
