随着国家中长期人才、教育等发展规划纲要的发布,培养高素质的人才已经上升为国家的重要战略规划。高等教育肩负着为国家、社会培养高等人才的重要使命,辅导员作为高校教师队伍建设的重要组成部分之一,在这个过程中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。但是,我国高校辅导员的教师权威从各个组成层面上都受到了时代的挑战。为了强化高校辅导员的教师权威,高校以及辅导员个人,都应该从各自的职责出发,树立和维护辅导员的教师权威,切实提高辅导员队伍的建设水平。

Along with the distribution of the three national programs for long - term development, the education for a person＇s allround development has been rising as an important strategic planning. Higher education assumes an important mission of cuhivating talents of high quality for our country. As an important part of university teaching staff, instructor plays an indispensible role in this process. However, from all levels of component, college instructor＇s teaching authority has been confronted with challenges of times. In order to strengthen college instructor＇s teaehing authority, not only the instructors themselves but the government, society and colleges all should be based on their own responsibility, defend and strengthen the instructor＇s teaching authority, and conscientiously improve the level of instructor building.
