抽水蓄能电厂冷却水管路氧化现象分析

摘要 华东桐柏抽水蓄能有限责任公司1、2、3、4号抽水蓄能机组技术供水管路特别是发电/电动机空气冷却器、推力和下导轴承冷却器冷却水管路从2009年起就频繁出现砂眼.通过对技术供水管路砂眼频繁出现的原因分析,并对改造后的管路进行检查评估;结果表明抽水蓄能电厂技术供水管路,特别是风洞内管路最好采用材质较好的不绣钢管,这样可以防止砂眼平凡出现. Since 2009, the key water delivery pipe of No. 1 to No. 4 pumped storage units in Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Plant, especially the cooling water pipe of the electromotor air cooler, the thrust and bearing cooler, turned up sand holes. The reasons of sand holes in key water delivery pipe are analyzed in this article and the transformation pipeline is also evaluated. The results prove that better stainless steel tube with high quality is supposed to be adopted in key water delivery pipe, especially in wind tunnel to keep the system stable and safe and to prevent the sand holes in key water delivery pipe.
