摘要
基于人力资源开发与管理理论,认为高校体育教育人力资源的开发与管理原则要"以人为本;"以人力资源管理的主要研究内容为视角,认为普通高校体育教育人力资源的优化配置途径,包括从高校科学引进人才、教师的职业生涯管理、绩效考核、激励机制、利用校外人力资源、校际间师资共享、创建校内外优秀的团队等.
According to the theory of human resources management and development, human resources configuration optimization for physical education is studied in this paper based on the principle of "people-oriented". In the perspectives of human resources management research, some optimizing approaches are also introduced for physical education in higher colleges, including scientific talent introduction, staff professional improvement, working performance appraisal, incentive mechanism establishment, inter-college resources sharing, excellent team organization and so on.
