Analysis on Office Coordinated Development Capabilities in New University

新组建本科院校办公室处于协调管理的核心地位,承担着协调发展的重要责任,但新组建本科高校办公室协调发展能力往往存在协调主体地位不明显,增强协调发展的意识不强,组织协调发展的机制不健全组织协调发展的方法不科学等问题。应从着力培育学校发展的核心竞争力、促进学校民主管理水平、营造以人为本的行政管理文化、完善协调发展的机制、创新协调发展的方式、方法等方面加以改善。

The offices in the new universities play a pivotal role in coordinated management,shouldering with the responsibilies of coordinated development,but in newly-formed universities,its role has been undermined due to the ambiguity in coordinating bodies,weak awareness of coordinated development,imperpect mechanism and unsciencific methods etc.This paper suggests to cultivate core competiveness for development,to promote democratic management,to cultivate administration culture of people-orientation,to perfect mechanism for coordinated development,to improve innovation of skills and methods.
