城乡统筹发展与农村人力资源开发的互动关系——基于重庆的经验证据

The Interaction between Urban-Rural Harmonious Development and Rural Human Resources Development——Evidence from Chongqing City

利用重庆市数据,借助经济计量方法对城乡统筹发展与农村人力资源开发的互动关系进行实证分析.在此基础上,结合城乡统筹发展的内源效应与外源效应,提出了推动城乡统筹发展与农村人力资源开发互动的政策建议.

This paper,with the aid of the measurement methods such as Co-integration test,Granger causality test,and the Impulse response Functions,analyzes the statistical data in 1997-2007 in Chongqing and then proposes that there exists a 2-way mutually causal relationship between Urban-Rural Harmonious Development and Rural Human Resources Development.On the basis,the thesis put forward some policies aimed at the interaction Urban-Rural Harmonious Development and Rural Human Resources Development from the perspective of exogenous and endogenous effect.
