摘要
在传统的钢铁企业车间内进行环境物理量的监测,采用的是布置有线网络监测系统,存在着布线困难、成本较高,不易维护的缺点。基于此,提出新的基于ZigBee无线网络技术来对其进行改造的方案,实现无线、可靠、实时的数据采集监测;方案采用JN5139-Z01模块作为核心硬件,介绍了系统硬件各部分组成和软件结构设计,经实验,系统可以实现对钢铁车间内环境量的实时监测,对提高工厂自动化水平具有重要的意义。
To monitor environmental factors in workshop,the traditional method uses wired network system,but it has weaknesses such as hard wiring,high cost and hard maintaining.This paper proposes a strategy based on zigbee wireless network to obtain a scheme of wireless,reliable,and realtime data collection monitoring.This strategy uses JN5139-Z01 module as the kernel hardware,introduces the hardware design and software design.By test,this strategy can monitor the environmental factors in a realtime and reliable way.It has significant value to the industry.
