In most developed countries,E-commerce is boosted on a big scale and is on the way of replacing or reconstructing traditional business transaction modes.This paper offers the analysis of actual conditions and developing trends of B2B,gives an overall introduction of its theories,developing environment,technical support,and designing methodology;and it materializes the design of the sub-system of B2B with the application of popular technologies such as VS.net,IIS and SQL.
