常温下厌氧折流板反应器处理生活污水试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验考察常温条件下,分析了4格室厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理生活污水的效果。研究结果表明:水力停留时间(HRT)为3~15 h,随着HRT增加,对COD去除效果逐渐提高,当HRT为12 h以上时,对COD去除率可达到85%以上;在试验容积负荷范围内与进水COD浓度范围内,ABR反应器对COD去除影响较小;各格室出水COD沿程递减,且第1个格室承担了去除COD的重要作用;各格室出水VFA总体上沿程递减,说明ABR在处理生活污水时,存在着产酸、产甲烷相分离现象。通过本试验表明厌氧折流板反应器具有去除生活污水中有机污染物的巨大潜能和广阔的应用前景。 Anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) with four chambers for treating domestic wastewater was studied at normal temperature conditions.The results indicated that if the hydraulic retention time(HRT) was 3~15 h,the COD removal effect of the reactor gradually increased with the increase of HRT.When the hydraulic retention time was 12h or more,the COD removal rate reached more than 85%.In the range of volume load and influent COD concentration of the test,the COD removal effect changed little.The effluent COD and voltaic fatty acid(VFA) in each chamber was descended along chambers and the most of COD removal amount was in the first chambers.This indicated that acidity and methane separation occurred when using ABR to treat domestic wastewater.The experiment result showed the advantages and of the tertiary anaerobic reactor for treating organic contamination and its enormous potential and wide foreground.
