摘要
高校勤工助学工作在本质上是一项对"人"的工作,这就需要对作为工作对象的"人"作出哲学省思。马克思"实践人学"理论以生成性思维视角强调人的实践性存在,对勤工助学工作具有现实启发意义。基于生成性思维方式的高校勤工助学工作模式以人的生成和完整为价值导向,以过程的生成和创造为实践诉求,凸显主体性、人文性、实践性和开放性,注重学生民主参与、多元追求、经验累积和整合发展。
The purpose of work-study program at the college is in essence to serve the students, which requires a philosophical reflection on the object, the people. Marx's Praxis-Human Theory emphasizes human existence in a way of generative thinking, which throws light on our work-study work. Generative-thinking oriented work-study mode takes the generation and integrity of human beings as the value guidance, while taking the generation of process and creation as the practice, highlighting the subjectivity, humanity, practicality, and openness; it focuses on the students democratic participation, multiple pursuits, accumulation of experience, and an integrated development.
