摘要
研究基于低碳经济背景,通过调查,发现大部分的顾客理解并支持饭店的绿色设计行为,并愿意在可承受的价格范围内消费绿色产品,支持环保建设。同时,调查还发现,虽然顾客的绿色参与意愿很高,但由于顾客对饭店的绿色行为不甚了解,因而导致目前饭店顾客的绿色感知度低。为此,文章从顾客感知的饭店绿色设计所应有的因素这一角度出发,从饭店建筑与能源的绿色设计、采购的绿色设计、环境的绿色设计、产品与服务的绿色设计、文化导向的绿色设计和价格设置的绿色设计六个方面构建了饭店的绿色设计体系,以期能从顾客的绿色需求角度为饭店的绿色经营提供参考。
Based on the background of low -carbon economy, according to a survey the article points out that most customers can understand and support the hotel' s green design behavior and are willing to consume the green products at the affordable price range to support environmental construction. Meanwhile, the survey also finds out that although the customers' willingness of green participation is high, but as the customers do not understand the hotel' s green behavior, which leads to the customers' current green perception to the hotel is low. Therefore, from the perspective of customers' perception of what the factors of the green design should be, the article constructs the green design system of the hotel from the six aspects: green building and energy, green procurement, green environment, green products, green services, green culture and the price of the green products, hoping to provide reference for the hotel management and satisfy the customers' green consumption.
