ICU与非ICU痰培养鲍氏不动杆菌的构成比及耐药性对比分析

Comparative analysis of composition and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii from ICU and non-ICU department Sputum culture

目的对比分析ICU与非ICU痰中鲍氏不动杆菌的构成比及耐药性,以指导临床用药,提醒ICU加强感染控制。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2010年12月扬州大学临床医学院ICU与非ICU痰标本中分离的细菌,对鲍氏不动杆菌构成比和药物敏感性进行对比分析。结果 ICU痰培养共分离出1 351株细菌,其中鲍氏不动杆菌占37.90%(512/1351),位居首位。非ICU痰培养共分离出2 313株细菌,其中鲍氏不动杆菌占15.87%(367/2313)。且ICU鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药率明显高于非ICU的耐药率(P<0.05)(除米诺环素和多粘菌素B外)。结论 ICU鲍氏不动杆菌的分离率和耐药性均较高,应引起高度重视。

Objective To guide clinical use of antibiotic drugs and infection control against the Acinetobacter baumannii by comparing its composition and drug resistance of sputum culture from ICU and non-ICU department.Methods A retrospective analysis about the composition and the drug sensitivity of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from sputum samples was made from January 2010 to December 2010 from ICU and non-ICU department in our hospital.Results Totally 1351 bacteria were isolated from the sputum from ICU department in which A.baumannii accounted for 37.90%（512/1351）,the highest percentage.While A.baumannii accounted for 15.87%（367/2313） in the bacteria isolated from Non-ICU sputum cultures.And the drug resistance against biotic of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from the ICU sputum was significantly higher than that of non-ICU drug resistance rates（P〈0.05）（except minocycline and polymyxin B）.Conclusions The composition and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii from ICU department were both higher,to which more attention should be paid.
