收缩-放松技术在神经根型颈椎病临床中的应用

Application of contract-relaxe techniques in nerve-root type cervical spondylopathy

目的探讨收缩-放松技术在神经根型颈椎病中的临床应用价值。方法 60例神经根型颈椎病随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规理疗,治疗组给予收缩-放松技术,采用颈椎病临床评价量表进行疗效评定。结果两组患者的CASCS评分均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),但治疗组治疗前后的CASCS评分差值明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论合理利用收缩-放松技术,有利于神经根型颈椎病的治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of contract-relaxe technique in patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylopathy. Methods Sixty patients,who met the nerve-root type cervical spondylosis diagnostic standards,were randomly divided into control group and therapy group.The effect was evaluated with Clinical Assessment scale for Cervical Spondylosis（CASCS）. Results After treatmeat of control group and therapy group,scores of CASCS was higher compared with that before treatment（P〈0.01）,there was significant differences of Score-difference before and after treatment between control group and therapy group（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Reasonable utilization of contract-relaxe techniques was effective in patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylopathy.
