经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(Percutaneous Vertebroplas-ty,PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床应用。方法 X线透视下经皮椎体成形术治疗35例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,共48个椎体。结果随访6个月～2.0年,平均1.4年,所有患者疼痛消失或明显减轻,VAS评分从术前(8.06±0.69)分至术后第1d(3.18±0.76)分,术后1个月(2.75±0.77)分,随访期末(1.89±0.58)分(P<0.05)。2例发生骨水泥渗漏。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,效果明显,卧床时间短,疗效佳。

Objective To evaluate the applications of percutaneous vertebroplasty（Percutaneous Vertebroplas-ty,PVP） in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods X-ray Percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment of 35 cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,a total of 48 vertebrae.Results The follow-up of 6 months to 2.0 years,mean 1.4 years,all patients the pain disappeared or significantly reduced,VAS score from preoperative（8.06 ± 0.69） points to postoperative day 1（3.18±0.76） points,after a months（2.75±0.77） points,follow-up period（1.89±0.58） points（P〈0.05）.2 cases of bone cement leakage.Conclusions Percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,the effect is obvious,bed time is short,good curative effect.
