螺旋CT在胃肠道间质瘤中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of spiral CT in treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor diagnosis

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor,GIST)的螺旋CT影像表现和诊断价值。方法对商丘市第三人民医院2007年1月至2010年12月收治的35例经手术病理证实的GIST患者的CT扫描表现进行回顾性分析。结果肿瘤位于胃部20例,食管2例,十二指肠5例,空肠4例,回肠2例,结肠2例。CT检查全部发现病变,肿瘤检查率为100%,CT检查良性16例,恶性19例。病理检查良性14例,恶性21例,CT定性准确度为88.6%。结论 GIST的螺旋CT表现有一定特征性,可帮助术前定位、定性和分级,是GIST诊断比较好的方法之一,对指导临床治疗和评价预后有重要价值。

Objective To investigate the spiral CT imaging performance and diagnostic value of gastrointestinal stromal tumor（Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor,GIST）.Methods Totally 35 patients with pathologically confirmed GIST performance of CT scans were retrospectively analyzed.Results The tumor in the stomach 2O cases,the esophagus in 2 cases,5 cases of duodenum,jejunum in 4 cases,ileum in 2 cases,colon in 2 cases.All lesions found in CT examination,the tumor was checked 100%,CT examination benign in 16 cases,malignant in 19 cases.Benign pathology in 14 cases,21 cases of malignant,CT qualitative accuracy 88.6%.Conclusions Spiral CT of GIST has some characteristic that can help preoperative localization,characterization and classification.
