陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗体会

Experence of surgical treatment of old tibial plateau fractures

目的探讨陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析漯河市召陵区人民医院2009年5月至2011年5月收治的10例陈旧性胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料。结果 10例获得随访,按Merchant评分标准评定:优6例,良3例,可1例,优良率90%。结论陈旧性胫骨平台骨折的后期治疗效果良好,应争取早诊断,早治疗,对X线平片不清者应早期行CT或MRI可明确诊断。

Objective To explore the surgical mothod and effect of old tibial plateau fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 10 cases of old tibial plateau fracture in patients with clinical data. Results Totally 10 patients were followed up,according to Merchant assessment criteria： excellent in 6 cases,good in 3 cases,1 case,good rate of 90%. Conclusions The post-treatment of was well old tibial plateau fracture and should strive for early diagnosis and early treatment,early CT or MRI can confirm the diagnosis.
