乳腺癌手术并发症的预防及治疗

Breast cancer prevention and treatment of surgical complications

目的探讨乳腺癌手术并发症的发生原因,预防及治疗措施。方法回顾分析了汤阴县人民医院乳腺癌手术患者70例,发生并发症27例。结果发生术后并发症27例。其中皮下积液13例,皮瓣坏死11例,患侧上肢水肿3例。结论乳腺癌手术并发症的发生与手术操作、术后腋窝的加压包扎及引流有关。术中仔细操作、术后精心护理、完善每一个细节,才能使术后并发症的发生率降低。

Objective To investigate the incidence of surgical complications of breast cancer causes,prevention and treatment measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital 70 patients with breast cancer surgery,complications occurred in 27 cases.Results The postoperative complications occurred in 27 cases.13 cases in which subcutaneous fluid,skin flap necrosis in 11 cases,upper limb edema in 3 cases.Conclusions The incidence of breast cancer surgery and operative complications,postoperative axillary pressure bandage and drainage related.Careful operation surgery,postoperative intensive care,every detail perfect,to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
