超声导引结合微插管鞘技术置入PICC的应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨解决对血管疑难患者置入PICC的方法。方法为53例无法应用传统盲穿法置入PICC,在超声导引下运用微插管鞘技术置入PICC。结果 53例患者均成功置入PICC,成功率100%。结论超声导引结合微插管鞘技术解决了血管条件差患者置入PICC的难题,值得推广。 Objective:To analyze the method of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)for the patients whose blood vessel condition is worse.Methods Undertake PICC puncture with microintroducer techniques(MST) using Site-Rite5 TM vascular ultrasound guidance system for 53 cases patients who can't make use of the traditional PICC.Results The one-time success rate is 100%.Conclusions Microintroducer techniques combined ultrasound guidance system can solve the difficulty of PICC for the worse blood vessel condition,which has wider clinical applications.
