Chinese women′s new education practice in modern times——An investigation on women′s education of Soviet Area in the west of Fujian

闽西苏区妇女教育是特定历史时期的产物,烙着鲜明的"战时"特征,表现为直接服务于革命战争需要、全民化的教育理念、强烈的实用倾向。取得了引人注目的成就,不仅使一部分劳动妇女脱了盲,而且许多妇女与男子一样担当起了苏维埃政权建设与巩固的重任。闽西苏区妇女教育以政权力量为后盾、因时因地因人制宜以及充分调动当事人的积极性、主动性和创造性等实践经验,对于今天的教育改革与发展仍不乏启示与借鉴意义。

The women＇s education of Soviet Area in the west of Fujian is the product of a special period of history in China, with a strong feature of war time. Its remarkable achievement embraces the concept of all-citizen-involved education, taking advantage of the time, location and situation, motivating the learners to be active, initiative and creative in education practices, etc. These practices still have important implications to today＇s China education reform and development.
