旅游管理专业工学结合培养模式的理论探讨

旅游管理是一门操作性很强的应用性学科,传统的教学方式已经不能适应旅游行业各种工作岗位所需要的素质和能力,而工学结合的教学模式符合旅游管理专业的教学需求,也是中国高等职业教育发展的需要。目前旅游管理专业工学结合培养模式存在观念上的偏差、师资队伍薄弱、旅游企业承受能力有限等问题,因此,有必要借鉴国内外经验,从宏观政策、学校、用人单位等多方面共同努力,逐渐推进"工学结合"模式,以促进旅游管理专业工学结合培养模式的持续发展。

Tourism Management is a highly operational and applied subject. The traditional teaching methods can not adapt to the quality and capacity needed in a variety of jobs in the tourism industry. The teaching mode of work-study combination can meet the teaching needs of Tourism Management, which is also required by China＇s higher vocational education. There exist such problems as idea deviation, weak teaching group, limited bearing capacity of tourist business, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to learn from the domestic and foreign experiences, make joint efforts from the macroscopic policy, the school, the employer and so on, advance the mode of ＂work-study combination＂ gradually, and promote the sustainable development of Tourism Management Specialty.
