低温水解酸化-A^2/O(PACT)-混凝沉淀处理印染废水 被引量:8

TREATMENT OF PRINTING AND DYEING WASTEWATER USING PROCESS OF HYDROLYSIS ACIDIFICATION-A^2/O(PACT)-COAGULATION SEDIMENTATION UNDER LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要 低温条件下对水解酸化-A2/O(PACT)-混凝沉淀组合工艺处理印染废水进行了中试研究。考察印染废水中COD和色度去除效果,结果表明:低温对工艺负面影响较大,未加粉末活性炭时好氧段COD和色度的去除率分别为42.6%和58.9%;投加粉末活性炭后,去除率分别达55.8%和65.4%,提高了13.2%和6.5%,显示出低温条件下投加粉末活性炭后的生物强化作用。长期运行结果表明:在进水ρ(COD)平均值为377.5 mg/L,色度为296.6倍的条件下,采用水解酸化-A2/O(PACT)-混凝沉淀处理系统,出水ρ(COD)平均值为58.1 mg/L,色度为25.2倍,能够保证低温条件下出水稳定达DB 32/1072—2007《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》规定的标准值。 A pilot-scale study on the treatment of printing and dyeing waste water using the combined hydrolysis acidification-A2/O(PACT)-coagulation sedimentation process is carried out under the condition of low temperature.COD and chroma are detected as primary measure,the results of the experiment indicate that low temperature has greater negative effects on the process.When using A2/O system,the removal rate of COD and chroma is 42.6% and 58.9% respectively.After adding PAC,the removal rate reaches to 55.8% and 65.4%,and the rate is increased by 13.2% and 6.5%,it illustrates that the biochemical effect is enhanced.The COD and the chroma of the influent are 377.5mg/L and 296.6 times,after treating it by the process,the average of COD and chroma of the effluent is 58.1 mg/L and 25.2 times.The effluent quality of the system meets "The Discharge Standard for Main Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants and Key Industries for Taihu Area"(DB 32/1072—2007).
