摘要
利用丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)制备含有阴离子和阳离子基团的两性聚丙烯酰胺(ACPAM)反相乳液,考察了反相乳液分别与聚氯化铝(PAC)、聚氯化铁(PFC)和聚氯化铝铁(PFAC)三种无机絮凝剂对高含磷有机废水混凝脱磷的效率。PFC的脱磷效率明显优于PAC和PFAC.ACPAM和PFC复合使用时,大大提高了脱磷效率,显著地减少了絮凝剂的用量。实验结果表明:总磷为124.5mg/L的有机废水,混凝脱磷时最佳pH在7.2-10.0之间,PFC用量100mg/L,ACPAM用量3.0mg/L时,除磷率达到99.9%以上,处理过的水中含磷≤0.05mg/L。
Acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), acrylamide acyl ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DAC), and 2 - acrylamide -2 -methyl -propanesulfonic acid (AMPS)have been used for preparing polyacrylamide (ACPAM) reversing latex which contains anionic and cationic radicals. The effects of reversing latex coagulating separately with three kinds of inorganic flocculants : poly aluminum chloride (PAC), poly ferric chloride (PFC), and poly ferric aluminum chloride (PFAC) on the coagulation phosphorus removal efficiency from the organic wastewater containing high phosphorus is investigated. The dephosphoriation efficiency of PFC is apparently superior to PAC and PFAC. When ACPAM and PFC are used together,the dephosphorization efficiency is improved greatly, and the dosage of coagulants is apparently decreased. The results show that when the the total phosphorus contained in the organic wastewater is 124.5 mg/L,the optimum pH 7.2-10.0 during dephosphorization. PFC dosage 100 mg/L,and ACPAM dosage 3.0 mg/L.,the dephosphorization efficiency is as high as more than 99.9%. The phosphorus contained in the treated water is ≤0.05 mg/L.
