摘要
长期以来伤残调整生命年一直被应用于全球疾病负担的测算。文章将对这一指标的优点以及存在的问题进行评价,并提出合理化建议。
Disability adjusted life years has been used to measure global disease burden for a long time.In the paper,the advan-tages and problems of this index will be evaluated and some pieces of advice are given.
